Khushi Patel (She/Her)
Khushi Patel is currently a first year student at Western University studying Medical Science. She is passionate about learning biology and the nature of our world. Besides studying, she delights in teaching and learning, she aims to provide access to quality education to those in need. She is able to do this through Starts With One's initiatives by working with younger children and connecting with them one on one. While she is free from studying or volunteering, Khushi loves to read novels and get lost in another universe. She also likes to paint and draw, play with her younger sister or hang out with her friends and family.
I have been volunteering as a tutor and a Communication’s Associate at SWO for nearly 2 years. I am able to take on tasks of my choice to advance my skills and assistance is always there if needed. I am very grateful for everyone’s support for both volunteering and outside work.
