Hailey Rockandel (She/Her/Hers)
Hailey is currently in fourth year at Western University pursuing an Honours Specialization in Media, Information, and Technoculture (MIT). At Western, Hailey serves as the Vice President of Academics on her faculty’s student council, where she implements initiatives that enhance academic excellence and wellbeing for undergraduate students. She joined SWO in her second year of university to build upon her work advocating for educational equity. In her free time, she enjoys reading, going on walks, and spending time with her friends and family.
As a Curriculum Design Associate at SWO, I have learned to synthesize curriculum resources into engaging lesson plans for students. I’ve really enjoyed collaborating with my team as we all share a genuine passion to advance the mission of this organization.
