Eshita Rastogi (She/Her)
Eshita joined Starts with One's Education Justice Coalition as a researcher in 2020, motivated to mitigate the disparities in the educational system by the inequalities both experienced and witnessed as a student in the PDSB. Since then, she has taken on a more active role in Starts with One, helping to guide strategic decision-making as an Executive Director. With an education in business and accounting from the Ivey Business School at Western University, Eshita also leads the Finance and Fundraising team, managing funding to facilitate the Technology Equity Program, E-Learning Initiative, and other operations. She is deeply passionate about her work at Starts with One and proud to advocate for a system where all students can access the resources and opportunities required to thrive.
Through my work as a researcher, I grew more confident in public speaking, and as an executive director, I have developed my leadership and creativity. I love to connect with our team, families, and community members at events, and I am truly grateful for everyone's support and mentorship!
